My daughter was very worried about getting her braces put on but everyone was extremely friendly which put her at ease. The whole process was explained in detail so there were no surprises. The little ‘extras’ you receive make a huge difference. From the cool t-shirt, reward credit point which are cashed in for store credit, to the free massage for mom. The office is modern, clean, comfortable and offers free coffee while you wait. Dr Awbrey is very professional and spends time explaining what your child needs done. I never felt pressure or rushed and ever had two free consults because Dr Awbrey said my daughters teeth were not ready for braces. They have always been on time with our appointments. Overall, I’m very happy we went with Dr Awbrey. They go that extra step to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
